Holy greetings, my brothers and sisters, in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
I remain saved, sanctified, and kept by the power of the Holy Ghost. I give honor to our General Chief Overseer, Bishop Dr. Calvin Worthem, the Assistant Overseer, Bishop Dr. Bonnie Guster, the Chief Helper, and all officials who work tirelessly to spread the word of God and bring souls to Christ.
All praises be to God for the anointed services the saints held in Xenia, Ohio. Thank you for celebrating the Overseer’s Birthday with delicious food, beautiful cake, cards, and generous monetary gifts—a special thank you to Pastor Bishop Anthony Taylor and the Xenia Ohio members for my gift. I’m sorry I could not attend. You were all in my prayers. Again, thank you with all my heart.
Saints, as I write this letter, my heart is filled with gratitude for so many things our Lord and Savior have done for each of us. As the Thanksgiving Holidays draw near, let us remember to be thankful. Every day, for this is the will of God. “Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing, In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you” (I Thessalonians. 5:16-18).
Whatever the word of God tells us to do, it is for our good.
Blessings follow obedience, praise, and thankfulness. When I wake up, I thank God for ten things before I kneel and pray. I know, for absolute certainty, that prayer and praise change things. I have seen saints come to church sad and leave with joy, and I have seen them come sick and heal. Praising God gives us a new outlook on life. The praise steps and the music in the Church of the Living God-Jewell’s dominion are fantastic. I want every musician in the COTLG to know that I appreciate you, and I thank God for your godly music. Please know that you are a vital part of the service. Praise God. When we go to church, we are to enter with thanks in our hearts. “Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations” (Psalm 100:4-5). Saints, no matter what you are going through, there is always something to praise God. Let us not neglect to assemble ourselves in God’s house and praise him.
The Overseer, Macy, Kenny, and I wish you all a very Happy Thanksgiving. May God continue to bless you and your family.
ALL PRAISES BE TO THE TRUE AND LIVING GOD!!!!!!!!
