Elder Reverend Devell Marks was born on May 4th of 1951.

He used to be a semi-pro basketball player, lumberjack, and auto detail specialist. Within The Church of the Living God of Mount Clemens, Michigan, he was a Senior Associate Pastor, Reverend, Elder, and faithful member, as well as a Sunday school teacher.

Elder Marks loves to read the word of God and being a steward of Jesus Christ. 

When at the age of 49, he would marry Rev. Lisa Marks on May. 9, 2000 by the late Bishops Faye Moore in her living room. Elder and Lisa Marks have been married for 23 years.

Rev. Marks’ current hobbies include spending time with his grandchildren, wife, and watching true crime and history channels. 

Elder Marks loves to talk about Jesus and how He has inspired him through his walk of Christianity, and encourage his family to do the same.

Elder Marks now resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with his loving wife, inwhich both are members of the Church of the Living God, under the leadership of Bishop CJ Edmond.
