Bishop Naomi A. Manning

Bishop Naomi A. Manning was born on October 5th, 1943. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio. She was very active in the Church of the Living God for many years. She was the fourth General Overseer and president of the church. She was an inspirational writer and composer of songs. She also donated her time, money, and energy to homeless shelters and organizations to assist women suffering from domestic violence. She passed away on May 3, 2003.

Dr. Manning was the fourth Chief Overseer of the Church of the Living God. She is the daughter of Bishop Lorenzo and Nette Mae Harrison, both talented musicians. Dr. Manning was a magnificent vocalist.
